Postgraduate Program
Introduction
SUKAD offers numerous courses and learning programs from introductory level to advanced topics.
As learners of project management and understanding its strategic value, we are always researching for new and pioneering initiatives from global thought leaders. As we learn from others, we realize that there are still gaps, especially in our wide region (West Asia and Africa). Therefore, a few years ago we have launched an extensive research and development program.
We believe we are the only regional based project management service provider that has an extensive research and development program and we are proud of being the pioneer. Such a position allows us to offer you the best service possible where we focus on leading edge rather than copy paste!
From R&D to Services
Through the SUKAD R&D Program, we have been able to develop our unique approaches under the brand label The SUKAD Way™. At this time, The SUKAD Way™ consists of two aspects:
- The SUKAD Way™ for Organizational Project Management: focus on the organizational aspects and project management maturity.
- The SUKAD Way™ for Managing Projects: focus on the managing the individual projects.
From the above approaches, we have continued to nurture our research and development effort leading to unique business / consultancy solutions where we can collaborate with an organization to take the first step in building a robust project management system, all the way to reaching a center of excellence status. For learning solutions, we offer a few short courses with The SUKAD Way™ as the foundation. These include: Introduction to Project Management, Managing Small/Simple Projects, and Project Management Applied Methodology. For those who can benefit from more in depth applied-learning we offer our postgraduate program:
- Master Certificate in Project Management: focus on the managing the individual projects.
- Master Certificate in Organizational Project Management: focus on the organizational aspects.
