Core (Foundation) Course
As the name implies, we consider the courses that we offer here are the essential foundation for a career in project management. The section consists of three categories:
- General Project Management
- Process Group/PLC
- Knowledge Areas
General Project Management
Some of these courses are also required for some credentials and might be pre-requisite to certain professional certification courses.
- (CC02) Applied Project Management Workshop (2 days)
- (CC07) Simplified PM - The SUKAD model – Short Version (3 days)
- (CC09) Essential Concepts in Project Management (3 days)
- (CC12) Fundamentals of Project Management (PMBOK® Guide) (5 days – 40 hours)
Process Group/PLC
The following three courses are the essential components (workshops) of the SUKAD and ESC Lille Master Certificate Programme.
- (CC50) Launching the Project (from Idea to PM plan), 4 days
- (CC51) Defining the Project (Creating the Project Definition Package), 4 days
- (CC52) Delivering the Project (from execution until final close -out), 5 days
