Mounir A. Ajam, MS, PMP (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Ajam is a senior professional with more than 20 years of professional experience in the Engineering, Construction, and Process Industries (oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities) and most of his experience has been on the management of projects. His experience is Global obtained in the United States, United Kingdom, South East Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Ajam is the senior partner and co-founder of SUKAD™ FZ-LLC (SUKAD™ ), a professional consultancy and training service provider that is based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates but operating across the Middle East. Mr. Ajam is currently serving as SUKAD™ Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Ajam has held numerous volunteer leadership roles. These include: serving on the 2008 PMI® EMEA Congress Project Action Team (CoPAT), International Correspondent for PMForum and PMWorldToday (two leading web portals dedicated to promoting Project Management).

Mr. Ajam also a co-founder and the first chairman of the Board for the recently established Global Project and Process Management Association (GPPMA), which is based in Dubai, U.A.E. Luc A E Bauwmans, M.Arch, PMP (VP Construction Management) 

 

Mr. Bauwmans is a senior executive with more than 24 years experience in the projects industry, having worked on capital projects in architecture, urban design, engineering and HR disciplines. In conjunction with the above, Mr. Bauwmans has also been a lecturer at various Academic institutions in South Africa, lecturing topics such as architectural theory, history and design, construction methodology, acoustics and interior design.
Since obtaining his PMP credential in 1998, Mr. Bauwmans has further engaged in training of various Project Management disciplines to clients in mining, petrochemical, construction, engineering, transport, communications and heavy manufacturing sectors. In the last 8 years he has delivered over 10,000 delegate-days in training project management and related topics, through organizations such as BRP Project Management and PangaeaWorleyParsons, both South African based.Mr. Bauwmans specializes in project management and contract management training in NEC (New Engineering Contract), competency standards development and competence assessment in PM related fields. He is a constituent assessor in PM for the South African Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA), and was part of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) panel for the South African PM Standards Generating Body (PMSGB)

 

 Nada Chaban, MS (Business Development Manager)

Ms. Chaban is an honors graduate and holds a Master degree in Project Management from Université du Quebec en Outaouais and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Damascus University.  Ms. Chaban has eight years Marketing and Sales Manager experience. Prior to SUKAD™ , Ms. Chaban had provided professional services in various global locations; such as Canada, and the Middle East. She has developed innovative and cost effective strategy, consumer communication strategies and provided training and development opportunities to improve employee's' skills.

 

 

Pramod Mohan, MBA (Training Operations Manager)

Mr. Pramod is a senior professional with more than 16 years of professional experience in Office Administration, both Front & Back Office Operations including more than 7 years in United Arab Emirates. Since joining SUKAD™ in 2007, Mr. Pramod has been spearheading various activities in Office Operations, Accounting and Administration. He is responsible for planning, scheduling & organising Project Management Training for public & private clients in the Middle East Countries and organises the entire logistics of training. Prior to joining SUKAD™ , Mr. Pramod was Project Coordinator at NOKIA ACADEMY, the training wing of Nokia Middle East covering training in yet to be introduced Nokia products & soft skills to Nokia dealers from all over Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan. Mr. Pramod ‘s experience in India is with Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. for 7 years where he led a team of professionals and was responsible for handling the Front & Back Office Operations for key government institutions, corporate and retail clients and acted as the Single Point of Contact for liaisoning & coordinating activities. Mr. Pramod is an MBA in Marketing and has a Bachelors degree (B Sc) in Chemistry from India.

 

Samina Khandakar, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt - Director, Operational Excellence

Ms. Khandakar is a Lean Six Sigma Professional with a proven track record of reducing costs and increasing revenues through Process Optimization and successful Project Management. She led and coached projects from multiple operational areas including Inventory Management, Vehicle Management, Shop layout, Warranty Administration and other areas and achieved 7 million dollar savings from those projects through efficiency improvement.

Ms. Khandakar was trained in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies by Caterpillar, world’s leading manufacturer of Construction and Mining Equipment. Before moving to Dubai in November 2009,  she served as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for Caterpillar’s largest Caterpillar Dealership worldwide, Finning (Canada) with presence in Canada, U.K and South America.  She also deployed the Lean methodology-Caterpillar Production System (Modeled after Toyota Production System, Caterpillar Production System is a Lean Six Sigma Initiative by Caterpillar) throughout Finning (Canada).

She has extensive experience working with Executive Management to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities. She also provided Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt trainings to various audiences. Ms. Khandakar holds a MBA degree from the University of Alberta in Alberta, Canada.
